What can you expect from this journey?
Departing from the Sami encampment in Nordsätern, we'll be setting our sights on Helags, a renowned mountain in Sweden. We'll be venturing off-grid, with no trails or signage, merely unspoiled nature to guide us. Our journey will involve an ascent to the summit of Storåkläppen, from where we can marvel at the stunning valley beneath.
From this pinnacle, our expedition continues along the mountain ridge, penetrating deep into Ljungdalensfjällen. After several days, the eminent Helags mountain will loom into view from afar. As we descend into the Ljungan valley, your mindset will begin to recalibrate, acclimatizing to our novel surroundings.
As we traverse the valley heading towards Helags and the towering Predikstolen, whose peaks ascend up to 1800 meters, you'll feel an irresistible pull from the mountains. No photograph can adequately capture the panorama's splendor. To truly comprehend the essence of freedom, you need to be physically present in this breathtaking landscape.
